It is located in the best area of the island on the south side in the picturesque village of Sfendouri.
The villa has 2 independent water sources: a private water pump to cover the use of the garden and pool and a public water supply. For each source there is a 10 ton tank for stock.
The villa has full autonomy in heating for the winter with oil-fired units in all rooms and spaces.
